Updates Within Your Rep Tool Kit!

Hello Mixer Team,

As mentioned on yesterday’s Quarterly Rep call, we have updated the "America's Mixer Contact List" and the "Original Equipment Territory & Market Assignment" file that is placed within the "Rep Tool Kit" under the "Help & Support" tab.

In the Mixer Contact List, you will find all of the phone numbers, email addresses, and escalation paths for our customer facing support team for both OE and AFM.

We are please to rollout the Philadelphia serial number Bill of material lookup tool.

As part of the Mixing Solutions commitment to supporting our manufacturer's representative partners self service quoting capabilities to provide the ideal mixing solution products and proposals to our customers quickly and efficiently, we are pleased to announce the upcoming release of a new BSER sizing tool within eSales. This tool will allow users to determine the appropriate BSER mixer based on installation specific tank geometry and fluid rheology for several Oil and Gas mixing processes. 

Order Status Update- Front End Processing Status in Order Inquiry

We are pleased to announce the latest update to eSales to aid in proactive communication and provide additional visibility to the status of your orders. The eSales Order Inquiry area now includes a new status designation field visible on the line level detail for each order. This new field provides information on the status of the order during its front-end processing.

Transaction Reporting Manager Issue

The reporting manager is working using Microsoft Edge.

The reporting manager is also working with Google Chrome, however confirm browser version is Chrome 110.0.5481.100 or later

How to fix the Search functions and internet browser (page displays) issues!

1. If you find some pages or search functions not working correctly (See a sample screenshot below) - please clear the browser cache by Ctrl + F5 keys simultaneously. 

2. If you still experience the issue - Clear the browsing data by going to Settings --> Privacy, search and services --> "Clear browser data" section --> click "Choose what to clear" --> select "All time" for the time rage and select all options and click "Clear now"

If you experience any other issues, please contact your customer service team or eSales admin team.

**ISSUE RESOLVED** eSales access issue - Unable to connect to eSales - Impacted all sites!

The connectivity issue accessing eSales from the Portal has been resolved.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues accessing eSales sites from Portal.

IT are currently investigating and actively working to resolve.

We will update here once we have more information.
