eSelect System Performance Issues

Connectivity and performance issues have been reported with respect to the LUS eSelect Sizing Platform, this information has been escalated and the appropriate channels are working towards resolving the issue.

eSales issue RESOLVED - Users unable to perform any actions on quotes/transactions - Resolved!

Latest updates: The eSales issue has been resolved and sites should be up and running as normal.

Please check and contact your business CSR if you have any issues.

We are currently experiencing an major issue on our eSales systems as system throws an error when user try to perform any actions on the quote/transaction such as Save, Update Line Item, Add from Catalog, Remove line item etc...
Therefore users are currently unable to update any quotes or create and save new quotes!

We have reported the issue and handling it with the highest priority.

We will update here when more information become available.

Global W+ Pump Configurator now released

The W+ pump release now has:

  • Enhanced product page side navigation for selection of pump type
  • Ability to select Bydgoszcz or Delavan build location in configuration
  • Revised configuration page layout
  • New Selector - with metric units, required field messages, Bydgoszcz or Delavan build location

We've been doing a little refreshment to our eSales login screens and will deploy to production in the next few days. Look out for some new images & updates to branding but no change to your user name, passwords or functionality.

eSales login issue from Portal to Oracle CPQ Cloud - RESOLVED

We have been reported that some users were experiencing login/access issue when transferring from Portal to Oracle CPQ Cloud.

We have not idetified yet what causes the issue and are still under investigation.

The issue seems to be occur only at the first login, therefore we advise users when this happens please click the "Home" link on the SPX eSales Portal at the top bar, that will take the user back to the portal, user then click the 'eSales' link again and that should work and take them to the Oracle CPQ Cloud.

We applogise for the inconvenient caused and will update you here when we have more information available.

Order Integration

Order integration between BigMachines (Oracle CPQ) and our SAP system is currently not working. Any orders that you submit will be delayed until this connection is restored. There is a high priority on getting this issue resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience

The issue with order integration has be resolved. Orders will process normally now.

Firefox bug - Secure Connection Failed

We have been reported that users experiencing "Secure Connection Failed" message when performing various actions on web (incl. eSales) using Firefox browser.

This is decleared as a bug by Firefox and introduced on version 46x. The bug info can be tracked on this page: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1269055

Our suggestion to users who have this issue is to either use a different browser, or downgrade your Firefox.

You can also check our posted announcement for the certified/compatible browsers on the portal.

It appears the reported bug will be fixed on upcomming Firefox version 47. Firefox will release version 47 when they feel it is stable enough for release, and at that time you could upgrade your Firefox without issue.
