Lightnin Mixer Aging Quote Promotion Valid through December 17, 2021

SPX FLOW is pleased to announce an aging Mixer Quote Promotion. This promotion focuses on select Aftermarket Quotes that are aging and have not yet been converted into a booking. An additional five (5) percent discount to the end customer is offered to aid in turning the quote into a booking during the promotional period.

Customer ID issue

There was an issue with the data behind the customer ID

While this data issue has been corrected. Individual transactions may still be retaining the old data. If you have an error stating the sold to customer is not valid, please refresh the customer data by clicking on the Apply ID button.

Order Submission Unavailable on Saturday Oct. 23

eSales integration issue - Resolved!

eSales Re-Direct Error

This morning, there was a known issue with eSales automatically being re-directed to the new online store.  This issue has been resolved on SPXFLOW's end.  If you are still having an issue getting into eSales:

  • Close any browser window that is open with eSales or the online store
  • Clear your browser cache and try again.  This should resolved the issue. 
  • Specific instructions for different Browsers are below.

 

CHROME:

eSales fix for unable to change the currency issue!

Some users may experiencing an issue with changing the currency (via My Profile) at eSales.

The simple fix is clear your internet browser cache by Ctrl + F5 couple of times and then try again

Users should be able to change the currecy as before after clearing the browser cache.

Note: Please make sure you are using the laster version of internet browsers.

Esales Change Implemented

You may have noticed this already, but there is a change in esales.  It will ask you to save your quote (hit the save button) in order to continue with your transaction in esales.  this is so these quotes and orders can be linked and tracked though C4C.  The esales team will look to add some notes to the home page in esales.    Please pass this onto any distributor that may be asking about issues with esales.
